You are our most important asset.

You could be running the gym along side us soon.
One day you will have an apprentice of your own to train.
This is why this mentorship program and development is so important.

Can you really build a life long career as a coach?
How much $ can you expect to make?

Before you use the 'coach compensation calculator' let me explain how it works.

  1. It is based off assumptions and goals and is number driven
  2. Your pay scale is outlined in the mentorship timeline below, some numbers may vary slightly
  3. They use 'Associate' which we call 'Head Coach'
  4. Most of it is pretty straight forward but here is the detailed guide -
  5. Madlabs is a Canadian company therefore employees pay their own GST, we pay it for you so remember to -10%

Utility Coach

Not under the Madlab coach compensation model.

This coach is usually already experienced and fits the gym culture and has been at the gym for a while as a member or coach.

They will continue to get paid only per hour and act more as a 'fill in' to the main team.

Coaching is simply a hobby for them and a way of helping out the gym, they do not wish to make it their career.
