Step 1 : book
Enter your information in the form to book in an introduction call with one of our friendly team.
step 2: 15-min intro call
At the allocated booking time you will speak with one of our staff about your current fitness/health and what you would like to achieve. If we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll then invite you into the facility for an in-person initial consult.
step 3: no-sweat consult
During the consult we run through in depth your current fitness levels, nutrition and sleep. This health profile helps us understand the personalised path we need to take in order for you to achieve your goals. Once the plan is in place the 6 week journey begins.
