  • Was always interested in weight training/S&C.
  • Still plays recreational sport 1-2 times per week but is more interested in CrossFit now.
  • Currently, a PT and/or group-fitness trainer at a non-CrossFit gym but incorporates functional training in his/her own and clients training routines.
  • Gets paid decently, but is drained from coaching mornings and evenings 30+ hours a week.

  • Currently a full-time CrossFit coach in another city.
  • Has been doing so for over 1 year.
  • Looking to move to Sydney.
  • Earns decent income but coaches 30+ hours a week across mornings and evenings.
  • Doesn't know if he/she can make a sustainable career out of health and fitness.

 

Full-time “Head” coach Role.


Mission:
To produce life-changing results to personal members. To help personal members build long-lasting habits, achieve their goals, learn to how sustain a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym, and grow as people. To provide a world-class group fitness class experience and lead by example in a Creature setting.

Position Outcomes:
1) 1 new referral member each quarter (3 months).
2) Less than 15% loss of personal members each month.
3) Book of 30+ clients

Pay:
Potential to earn up to $100,000-120,000 per annum. Pay largely based on number of personal clients and results delivered.

Expectations:
Full-time coaches should be prepared to coach minimum 20 face-to-face hours per week with an additional 10 hours of member check-ins, admin and general gym responsibilities.

Opportunities:
Coaches will be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the Creature Fitness team, as well as be a valuable part of the Creature community.


Casual “utility” coach


Mission:
To provide a world-class group fitness class experience and lead by example in a Creature setting.

Position Outcomes:
1) Maintain Creature Fitness’ high-level of coaching in a class environment

Pay:
Based on hourly rate of classes coached

Expectations:
Utility coaches should be expecting to coach minimum 2 hours of classes a week.

Opportunities:
Coaches will be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the Creature Fitness team, as well as be a valuable part of the Creature community.
