New class format and upgraded schedule

More coaching time per session, which means more attention to detail and faster results

At home workout program to mirror the on-site training so on the days you can’t make it in
Why?
Government regulations being put in place on fitness spaces have meant much greater restrictions on the number of clients allowed indoors
Fitness Australia is also requiring greater restrictions on operations to drastically increase the safety of your health
We plan to comply with all of these regulations as strictly as possible for your health and safety
As you can imagine, all of these continued investments in the business and upgrades in the level of service we provide you require a significant amount of working capital to fund.
As well the regulations and restrictions placed on us now require us to think about a new model of delivering our services to you.
To keep with our mission of being a company committed to its clients and providing the best results and service in town and to comply with new regulations we need to implement a rate increase.
As of the reopening of Creature on June 15, all clients will be presented with the newly upgraded membership services and will get to choose the one best suited to their goals and budget.
The details of all of this mentioned from pricing to the new class format will be discussed 1 on 1 with your coach either in person or over zoom.
They will be reaching out over the next few days to book in a call with you to run through everything.
