Please read carefully before submitting your hold request.
In order to place your membership on hold please make sure your request meets all of the following criteria.
The following criteria applies to all clients.
hold length is a minimum of 1 week
you're requesting a hold because you will not be in Sydney
Your total hold length does not exceed more than the 2 weeks per 6 months. Depending on the length of your membership you will either have, 2, 4 or 6 weeks total of holds on 3, 6, 12 or 18-month contracts respectively. You are not allowed to exceed this amount.
If you are off-contract, you will have 2 weeks of holds per 6 months since becoming off-contract or joining.
