I need to update my payment information

Fortunately you don't need our help with this one. You can update all your billing details by logging into WODIFY on the website or on your phone.

how long do i have left on my contract?

Again you can check this in WODIFY but if you can't find it just email your coach and they can let you know.

I need to cancel my membership

We are sad to see you go :(

Please fill out the form below and we will be in contact for a 15 min exit interview over the phone or in person.

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future. (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.


2. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30 or 14 day written cancellation notice as may be required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee as outlined in your membership agreement."
