I have been coaching in the fitness industry for over 7 years and have worked in small group as well as 1 on 1 settings. I have worked with a wide range of clients from general population through to heading the strength and conditioning for various sports including Rowing,Touch football and Netball at Loreto Kirribilli secondary school.
