  • I have been coaching and personal training for the last 5 years. I worked for four different businesses/gyms in NZ coaching metcon style classes, running my own PT business, I also started up a teens fitness class, adult contemporary dance class and taught contemporary, ballet and jazz to children ages 4 to 18. In Sydney I have worked for a transformation based gym and now full-time under Creature Fitness. With a passion for Olympic Weightlifting I have also taken many new lifters to their first weightlifting competitions and competed in many myself.

  • Cookies, I know how to bake some epic ones and my food name is Bookie.

  • Snatch, because it is a love hate relationship but when you get it, it feels amazing. Pop-out in Animal Flow because it feels pretty cool to do and look at.

  • Snatch. The snatch is my favourite movement because in my mind it is the perfect combination of strength, speed, coordination and skill. It is the ultimate display of athleticism and requires a great level of mastery and commitment to gain an efficient snatch. I respect the movement above all for this reason

  • Clean - I’ve always struggled with it so it makes it all the sweeter when you can get under a heavy barbell

‘You may see me struggle but you will never see me quit’ - I’ve had this as my phone background since missing out on a Rugby team in 2015 and it serves as a reminder to enjoy the process of going after your goals rather than being fixated on the outcome itself.
